Extremely disatisfied

Absolutely nothing, we didn’t even end up staying. We arrived at the hotel a few hours before the check in time and requested an early check in given the room was empty anyway. They were trying to charge us double the price for 1 night and also charge us more via cash than the price we agreed on booking.com. We finally agreed a price, entered the room and then they started banging on the door asking us to pay more so we ended up having to pack up and leave. It was a very stressful experience. The staff were so rude and had absolutely no empathy or morals. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures anyway - I highly highly doubt no recommend booking this hotel - it is a scam.

Stayed here for a few hours prior to leaving early morning flight. Was convenient and the staff member was very friendly. Air conditioning worked which was good.

Had to pay for a different room because my orginally book room was damaged (really inconvenient). Also, water should not be charged as it is not charged in other accommodations within the same pricing.

1 room I stayed in didn’t have a bar lock on the inside. The one that was there was broken.

they don't give compliment water, they keep my ID card when I check in instead of a copy one as other hotels. The room is ok for a person, they will auto charge you 100.000vnd extra per hour late check out. location not far from airport but u should take a taxi ìf u have big luggages

Was close to the airport

They cancelled my booking 2 minutes before I arrived and charged me more for the same room. Took my passport and wouldn't give it back till I paid for something that I didn't take out of the mini bar. There are no locks on the door and very noisy all night inside the hotel and outside. Not recommended if you want to feel safe and relaxed.

Most atrocious hotel in Vietnam. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Booked the hotel, told them time of arrival (2am). But of course, they decided to rent the room out instead, without telling me. Gave bogus directions to another hotel, even looking at the map together, they insisted was the opposite direction. Crazy at 2am in morning. Took a long while for them to concede that yes, she was wrong.Prior stay, toilet didn't flush. Dirty as hell. Tried to overcharge an extra night. Again took 30mins before they could admit they were wrong. I only went back again as it was close to airport, was getting in late, and it was cheap.Place is a pigsty. Smells. Dirty AF. Rude, ignorant staff. Was ok before (i.e. a few years ago), but then it got taken over by OYO. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's just not worth it in the slightest.

The photos on Booking.com are misleading. The rooms have peeling and stained wallpaper. Carpet is badly stained. Bathroom tap was broken and bottom of the door was rotting. Wall plug did not work properly and overall hotel was very unkept.

The beds are dirty. When we came in the room is stinky. The garbage was not removed. Turns out that they are not cleaning every after check out. We had the staff remove a stinking food in the fridge. did not even provide a compensation or even a free water.

the bathroom light couldn’t switch off, we tried all the switches. the pillows were very hard. and there weren’t enough plugs in the room. When we got there they canceled our booking and said they did let me know via email, but it was literally 2 hours before we got there that afternoon. They did make a plan to get us a room, but that room needed a lot of maintenance.

They had let my room to someone else even when I had confirmation. I had to pay extra to stay the night. Didn't except card so I had to go and get cash. Receptionist couldn't speak any English so I was having trouble communicating.
